Fill in forms automatically from documents

Also listed as: Auto-fill forms directly from documents

What is it?

Staff upload a document, such as an application or a supporting form, and Xelence reads it and fills in the matching fields on screen for them to review.

Why does it matter?

Re-keying information from documents is slow and error-prone, and it adds to intake backlogs.

Less manual data entry, fewer keying errors, and faster service for staff and the constituents waiting on them.

Getting it into your solution

  • Needs an upgrade to the Xelence release
  • Needs configuration

What this means for your upgrade

Where people stay in control

Staff review and confirm the filled-in values before anything is saved.

Start thinking about

  • Which high-volume forms involve the most re-keying today?
  • What review step should staff complete before auto-filled data is saved?
  • How long should uploaded documents be kept under your records-retention policy?

Items shown as planned are subject to change based on customer priorities for specific features and enhancements.
