Configure generative AI features securely

Also listed as: Secure GenAI configuration

What is it?

Xelence will give administrators secure, controlled settings for its generative AI features, which use large language models to draft or summarize text, including how those features connect and who can use them.

Why does it matter?

As AI features are added, loosely controlled settings or connection details could expose data or let features be used more widely than intended.

More confidence that AI features run within your organization's security rules, and a clearer view of how they are set up.

Getting it into your solution

  • Needs an upgrade to the Xelence release
  • Needs configuration

What this means for your upgrade

Where people stay in control

Administrators decide which AI features are turned on and who can use them, and can change or switch them off at any time.

Start thinking about

  • Which teams or roles should be allowed to use generative AI features?
  • What data should never be sent to an AI service under your policies?
  • Who in your organization should approve changes to AI settings?
