Remove workflows that are no longer used
Also listed as: Delete unused BPMs
What is it?
Xelence will let teams find and delete workflows that are no longer in use.
Why does it matter?
Old, unused workflows clutter the solution and make it harder to know which processes are current.
A cleaner, easier-to-maintain set of workflows and less risk of someone changing the wrong one.
Getting it into your solution
- Needs an upgrade to the Xelence release
- Changes how your team works
Start thinking about
- Do you know how many of your current workflows are no longer used?
- Who should approve removing a workflow, and what record should be kept?
- When would a move to Xelence 10.0 fit your release calendar?
Terms used on this card
- Business process management (BPM)
- Designing, automating and tracking the steps of a business process, such as who approves what, and in what order.
